JR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Adam Sellers is a recent graduate from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette. During his last year of school Adam interned at a custom injection molding shop that made products for government contracts, a variety of industries and even private inventors with an idea, allowing him the opportunity to see designs through from start to finish and to gain experience with the entire design process from concept to production. He was able to acquire hands-on experience with design, manufacturing processes, quality control, CNC and manual machining, as well as robotics and automation. While in school and at his internship Adam became proficient 2D and 3D CAD software such as Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor, and acquired a certified Solidworks associate (CSWA) certification through an elective class. While in school Adam was very involved with the student chapter of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and served as an officer his senior year, as well as being one of the co-founders of the Ultimate Frisbee Club team and serving as a vice-president and co-captain for 4 years since its inception. Even though he has graduated he still enjoys playing Ultimate year round and in the summers he competes on a traveling club team.
